And today I’m going to talk to you about bodybuilding. One of the most common questions I get asked is “How to get ripped abs, to have a good six-pack washboard set of abs?” Well you need to understand that you can do all the sit ups, and all the crunches in the world and your abs will not be visible, you won’t have that six-pack set of abs if it’s still covered by a layer of fat. So how do you lose that layer of fat? It’s all with your diet. You need to clean up the junk food, or greatly limit the amount of junk food that you have, and you’ll need to reduce your calories to lose your body fat. Then and only then will you make those abdominal muscles, that ripped six-pack visible. So despite what you might think with all the exercises, it’s your diet. That’s how you get a ripped set of abs.

And today I’m going to talk to you about bodybuilding. The first thing you wanna do when you sit down is have a nice firm base, your feet are planted firmly on the ground. There is three places where your body is touching the bench and that’s where your butt is, your shoulders and your head. You wanna have a nice strong tight lower back, that’s where your going to control the power. The grip on the bench press is a little bit wider than shoulder width apart. As you take the weight off you wanna make sure you control the weight on the way down in a one – two count and then you explode up in a one count. So it’s one, two and controlled and one explode, one, two controlled and one explode. You always wanna make sure you’re using the chest muscles to move the weight. You don’t wanna just worry about moving it from point A to point B, incorporating shoulders or arms. bodybuilding is about hitting the targeted muscle groups, so you wanna make sure your chest is doing the work. As you bring the weight down it’s important that you bring it just slightly under your chest muscles about at your breast bone, to make sure the muscle is doing the work. And that’s how you bench press correctly.

There are muscle building, sports nutrition products. There are muscle building supplements that are sold legally, in sports nutrition stores or on the Internet, that are often confused with steroids- There’s a big difference. Now, some of these sports nutrition products are no longer legal. Government agencies have taken them off the market. So when you are buying any supplement, you need to keep that in mind and educate yourself on sports nutrition and bodybuilding supplements-even the ones that are sold legally in sports nutrition stores or on the Internet. And today I’m going to talk to you about bodybuilding. I wanna talk about what male bodybuilders eat. Male bodybuilders eat the same foods that regular people who don’t train eat: protein, carbohydrates and fats. Those foods are generally protein are lean meats: chicken, turkey, fish. Carbohydrates like potatoes, rice, vegetables and good fats. Whether it’s in the form of flaxseed oil or good fats in nuts or avocados. A well-balanced diet; the difference between a male bodybuilder’s diet and a regular person’s diet are the percentages of protein, carbohydrates and fat and generally it’s more protein, less carbohydrates, less fat than a regular person who isn’t a bodybuilder. A male bodybuilder will generally eat more calories throughout the day and he’ll spread those calories out with more frequent feedings–more meals throughout the day. A bodybuilder usually looks at his food as a means to an end. It’s a way to build more muscle and to keep his body fat levels down. He doesn’t look at it as a source of entertainment like regular people who don’t train do. It’s that type of consistency everyday, every week, every month, even for years that helps a bodybuilder build muscle and lose body fat. Bodybuilders also help their diet with supplements such as whey protein powder where they can get the protein they need and do it with fewer calories. And that’s what a male bodybuilder eats.

And today I’m going to talk to you about bodybuilding. Here is some tips on how to bench press more weights fast. The first thing you should do, is only train, only do your bench press once a week. Wanna make sure that you work hard train with intensity and make sure you give your body, your chest enough time to full recover before you train it again. So, train ONCE A WEEK. Next thing you wanna make sure that you do is you want to make sure you warm-up sufficiently before you challenge yourself. At the same time, you wanna waste a lot of time, energy and effort warming up. You don’t wanna do a lot of warm-up sets, you don’t wanna do a lot of warm-up reps. And you wanna use a lot of weight when you warm-up because you wanna use that energy when you tact yourself on a heavy challenging sets. You also should get aspire to help you with lift-up and to just be there for little bit more sure and confidence. So that you can mentally challenge yourself to lift more weight, get that momentum, get that confidence and also feel that safety. You also wanna document your progress and use that documentation to set goals. Really think big and really challenge yourself! And note there some basic tips on how you can bench press more weight fast.

And today I’m going to talk to you about bodybuilding. Developing a basic workout. When you want to create a workout plan the first thing you need to do is decide, make a commitment to how many days a week you’re going to work out, and I would suggest that be anywhere from three days a week all the way up to six days a week. Now remember the fewer days you work out the more work or volume you’ll need to do in each one of those workouts.

Once you’ve committed to how many days a week you are going to train, whether that’s three days a week or six days a week, then you’ll need to structure which body parts you’re going to train. There are major body parts such as your chest, your back, your shoulders, your arms, your legs, and there’s minor body parts like your abs, your calves, and your forearms. You’ll need to create a structured plan so that each workout has a specific plan before you can step into the gym, you’ll need to choose between three and six exercises for that body part. When you choose those exercises you should shoot for two to three sets for every exercise. When you are doing that particular set, for bodybuilding, although there’s many different strategies and theories, I suggest that you choose to shoot for six to eight repetitions for every one of those sets.

When you train with focus and intensity your basic work should last no longer than an hour and that’s great place to start.

You create a plan, you execute that plan, you’re consistent with that plan-and that’s with your weight training and your workouts- and that size will come on in a manner and at the speed at which it should come on. Now anybody can enter a contest. What kind of standards are you going to set for yourself? Are you just trying to enter a contest to say that you have done it or are you really determined to get the very best out of yourself and win the competition? It is very important to decide that right now because it’s going to really decide how much effort you put into it. How much energy you put into finding the right strategies to actually look your best on the competitive bodybuilding stage. It’s really important that you find a contest that is suited to you. At your level of training. Now it does not matter how long you have been training you can find a bodybuilding contest with competitors just like you. So those are the most important things you need to consider now that you have decided to become a competitive bodybuilder.
